As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We are here to help.

We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Please email us with your Name, Order Number, and Delivery Address. Kindly specify a valid reason and attach an image of the damaged or incorrect product.

If your issue is found valid, we will issue a store credit. No monetary refunds will be provided. We will not be liable for any complaint raised beyond 24 hours of delivery.

All our products are made and packed with extreme care to ensure you receive them in their best condition. In case of any damages or incorrect items, only store credit will be issued.

We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

Our products are handmade by artisans, making each piece unique. Slight variations between items are normal and not considered defects.We do not claim responsibility or provide refunds if the products are damaged during delivery after dispatch from our Central Kitchen.
